CI/CD problems vary too much for a fixed quote up front, so this one starts with a $250 discovery call and a written assessment, credited toward the project if you go ahead. After discovery you get a fixed price and scope like every other service here. Typical work: GitHub Actions or GitLab CI pipelines, containerized builds, ECS or Kubernetes deploys, rollback procedures, secrets management.
What's included
- Paid discovery: current-state review and written assessment with a fixed quote
- Then, as scoped: pipeline build or repair, automated tests wired into the gate
- Deploy automation with rollback, tested by actually rolling back
- Secrets moved out of code and config into proper secret storage
- Deploy documentation so releases stop depending on one person
What's not included
Fixed prices only work with honest boundaries. Here is where this project ends:
- Writing your application test suite (I wire in what exists and flag gaps)
- Platform migrations disguised as pipeline work (separate project)
