Fixed-price cloud, email, and security fixes for small teams.
No retainers, no hourly meter, no nonsense. You get a scoped project, a fixed price, and a finished result.

§3 Questions you probably have
5 questionsWho is this for?
Small teams, roughly 5 to 50 people, running real infrastructure without a dedicated DevOps or security hire. If your AWS bill, email deliverability, or security questionnaire has become a recurring headache, that is the fit.
How does fixed pricing work?
We do a short scoping call, you get a written scope with a fixed price inside the band listed on each service, and that price does not move unless the scope does. If we discover something bigger mid-project, we talk about it before anything changes. The scope doc also says what is explicitly not included, so there are no surprise line items.
Remote or on-site?
Remote by default. On-site is possible in the Triangle (Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill) when it genuinely helps.
How does invoicing work?
50% up front, 50% on delivery, invoiced from Huey's Computers LLC. You get a real invoice from a real LLC, and a W-9 if your bookkeeper wants one.
How do you access our systems?
Named accounts and cross-account roles only, scoped to what the project needs, revoked at project close. Never shared credentials. Ask for the access doc and I will send it before we start.
